Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
All payments made to LQF Academic Services are considered final. Refunds are only granted if services have not yet been initiated. Once work begins—whether research, writing, tutoring, editing, or consultation—the payment is non-refundable. This ensures fair compensation for the time, expertise, and resources already invested.
Cancellations and Exceptions
Clients who wish to cancel a service must notify us before work starts to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued after services are delivered, partially completed, or in progress. Refunds are also not available for missed sessions, late communication, or unmet deadlines caused by the client. Exceptions may be made only in cases of duplicate payments or errors made by LQF Academic Services.
Disputes and Final Decisions
If a client is unsatisfied, we encourage open communication to resolve concerns. However, refunds are not guaranteed for dissatisfaction with outcomes such as grades, test results, or third-party decisions. LQF Academic Services reserves the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis, and all refund decisions are final.
